Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
All original tags must be attached
Items must be returned in their original packaging
Footwear must be returned in the original shoe box
Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged
How to Return

Contact Us
Email us at returns@endzsupply.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a returns authorisation within 24 hours.

Pack Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or delivery note.

Ship Your Return
Use the prepaid return label provided (for qualifying orders) or ship via a tracked service to our returns address.

Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 working days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please follow the returns process above and place a new order for the item you require. This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible.
For exchanges on items of equal value, we can hold the replacement for you while your return is in transit. Contact us to arrange this.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you've received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at help@endzsupply.co.uk. Include photos of the issue and your order number.
We'll arrange a free return and send you a replacement or full refund, including any original shipping costs.
